Maggie Baugh has been playing violin since she was 6 years old, and since then has had training in both classical violin, and fiddle. In 2011, she borrowed her cousin's guitar to work on the first original song, and only 3 months later she had her first performance. Maggie plays over 80 gigs a year while attending High School. She performs on the guitar, and fiddle, and now, the ganjo! (Keith Urban also plays the ganjo, which is totally rad!) Maggie has played fiddle onstage with Neal McCoy and Charlie Daniels Band. She has opened for Ashley Monroe (of Pistol Annie’s), Cole Swindell, Josh Dorr, Radio Romance, Montgomery Gentry, John Anderson, Cowboy Troy and Old Southern Moonshine Revival. In 2015, Maggie spent the summer in Nashville writing and recording for her, One Heck of a Story, CD that is available now! Maggie has 7 endorsements, so far, a few to name are: Taylor Guitar, Durango Boots, and Deering Banjo. She is also a CMA voting member, a NSAI member, and a registered BMI member. She also just announced she will be attending the 2016 CMT Awards in Nashville and be a part of the CMA Music Fest the same week! On Maggie's website there is a review that says she is a mixture of Kelsea Ballerini and Lindsay Ell, and I have to agree! Her voice and her style of singing is a younger version of both of those talented artists! Y'all go check Maggie Baugh and her mad violin skills out! Links to her social media will be listed below and her original song "Heck of a Story" is below! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Instagram: @Maggie_Baugh Twitter: @MaggieBaugh Snapchat: MaggieBaugh16 Facebook: Maggie Baugh YouTube: Maggie Baugh iTunes: Maggie Baugh Website: MaggieBaugh.com
