Brett Young is a singer-songwriter from Orange County, California. He was a college baseball pitcher at Fresno State University, but took up songwriting after getting injured. His self-titled debut EP, produced by Dann Huff, was released by Republic Nashville in February of 2016. His single, "Sleep Without You", was released on April 11 of this year. Brett independently released a self-titled 4-song EP in 2007. He released Make Believe in 2011, followed by the albums Brett Young, On Fire, and Broken Down in 2012-2013. After living in Los Angeles for 8 years, he moved to Nashville. Brett was soon signed by the Big Machine Label Group in August 2015. Brett is preparing to release his self-titled, debut album on BMLG Records February 10, 2017. The album was recorded in Nashville with producer Dann Huff, and features 11 of the 12 tracks co-written by Brett, including his debut No. 1 single “Sleep Without You.” The accompanying video has amassed over 10.8 million views since its release. In addition to his own headlining dates, he was most recently on the road with Brad Paisley’s COUNTRY NATION COLLEGE TOUR and will join Justin Moore and Lee Brice for their AMERICAN MADE TOUR in 2017. (via Brett's website) "Sleep Without You" has peaked at number 3 on the US Country list by Billboard and number 2 on the US Country Airplay! His Brett Young EP peaked at number 10 on Billboard Magazine: the Heatseekers Albums! I love Brett's voice. It's just something different on country radio right now, but a good different. The music that goes with "Sleep Without You" is just perfect, it flows so smoothly with the single, and I immediately know it's Brett Young when I hear it! This guy is really good y'all, and gets to write amazing songs with some of Nashville's best songwriters. I can't wait to see the good things that are going to happen for him in 2017! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Follow Brett Young on his social media listed below: Website: Brettyoungmusic.com Spotify: Brett Young Google Play, Amazon, iTunes: Brett Young
