When you think of Jamie Lynn Spears you think of your FAVORITE teen show, Zoey 101, but Jamie Lynn has grown up to be a beautiful mother, wife, and country music artist! I love Jamie Lynn Spears, when you see her or read about her she seems so nice and very grateful for her fans and family. Then when you meet her in person... all of your expectations are fulfilled. Jamie is so sweet and kind. Even if you accidentally just talk about her old TV show and not how great her music is (sorry J!) Jamie Lynn started her music career in 2013 with her debut single, "How Could I Want More" and it's probably one of the best songs I have ever heard! Her EP titled Journey is available on iTunes with five songs including "How Could I Want More" which she wrote with Rivers Rutherford. So let's talk about Jamie Lynn's voice. Her voice is very unique, soft, and just country as can be! I feel like she could sing a duet with Jana Kramer and it would explode on the charts, after-all Jamie Lynn wrote on Jana's single "I Got The Boy" which was certified gold! "How Could I Want More" begins with an acoustic guitar and a steal guitar, leading to the vocals of Jamie Lynn. The song is about a woman in a perfect relationship, but still wants more. She wants more fire, feeling, passion that it feels like acting. She just can't find the strength to break-up with him, and is still with him at the end of the song. Chorus below! "Treats me like a princess Lets me have it my way I could tell he's hanging On every word that I say All he does is love me He swears that's what he's here for So, how could I want more? How could I want more?" *Jamie tweeted earlier today (1/27/16) that she can't wait for us to hear her new music! It's coming!* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Follow Jamie Lynn Spears Twitter: @jamielynnspears Instagram: @jamielynnspears Facebook: Jamie Lynn Spears YouTube: Jamie Lynn Spears Website: JamieLynnSpears.com

Okay, obviously Justin Moore isn't a new and upcoming artist, but I just cannot help writing a special blog about him! I'm just going to say this right off the bat. Justin Moore is the most unappreciated artist of country music, and has been since 2008. Justin's whole sound and voice is honest and goes to the ground roots of country music. Throughout his career Justin has been nominated for only four awards in country music, released three albums, and has a new single out. Though his first album, Justin Moore, and second album, Outlaws Like Me, were certified gold they received little recognition from award shows, and his singles were not played as much as others on radio. As for, Off The Beaten Path, the album was not certified gold... but it was one of the best albums I have listened to. There is hit after hit on OTBP especially his duet with Miranda Lambert, which shows a softer side of each of them. A year after, OTBP, Justin contributed in a duet with his buddies Thomas Rhett and Brantley Gilbert! In 2014, "Small Town Throwdown" went gold, and Justin released two singles "Home Sweet Home" (with Vince Neil) and "This Kind of Town" which did not get the airplay they deserved, In November of 2015 Justin released his current single, and smash hit, "You Look Like I Need A Drink" which I have heard on the radio numerous times! I believe this song will bring him more success with his faithful fans and hopefully the Country Music Association. Justin has had many personalities throughout his albums, but the best is his how deep inside of him he reaches when he sings. His voice is so natural and so country he does not need any backup nor auto-tune. In my opinion I do not see why he is nearly shunned by award shows and radio. Below are lyrics to his current single! "You look like I need a drink right now, You look like you’re gonna try to let me down nice and easy. I think I know why you won’t sit down, You’re just dancing around what you came here to do but you’re scared to. And all I can think, the way you’re looking at me, You look like I need a drink" Follow Justin on social media Twitter: @justincolemoore Facebook: Justin Moore Instagram: @justincolemoore YouTube: Justin Moore Vevo Website: JustinMooreMusic.com Buy "You Look Like I Need A Drink" on iTunes and request it on your local radio station! Mickey Guyton is one of the new faces of country music we need. Originally from Texas she attended Santa Monica College, but in 2011 she finally made the move to Nashville to peruse her dreams to be a country singer. When she moved to Nashville she started out as a singer-songwriter, like many artists do these days. During that same year she signed with Capitol Records Nashville, and released, Unbreakable (Acoustic) - EP in March of 2014. Since then she has been on several 'who to watch lists' in music. During the summer of 2015 Mickey released her self-titled EP, which includes her current single, "Better Than You Left Me." Mickey Guyton - EP has a five-star review on iTunes, and I have to agree! This EP has to be one of the best EP's of 2015! "Better Than You Left Me" was instantly a favorite song of mine was soon as I heard it on the radio! (Chorus below) "I'm better than you left me I'm better than I should be I'm better than I was when you walked out that door I'm stronger than the woman, the one that you knew back then So don't you think I'll take you back like every time before No, baby I don't think you know me anymore I'm better than you left me" Mickey has it all, she can sing, she is a songwriter, and she has the personality to become big in country music!
